About the architects
Lotus Residence is the design work of Tamás Földelmesi and Tamás Riedl architects.
Földelmesi Tamás is a chartered architect, structural engineer and a specialist engineer in urban planning.
Riedl Tamás is a chartered architect and, in addition to his many other projects, since 2013 he has been working as the Chief Architect of the Mayor’s Office of Keszthely.
Their references include the renovation of the Festetics Castle Schweitzerei in Keszthely, the design of the Fejér György Municipal Library in Keszthely, the general design of the Wellness Hotel in Kehidakustány, and the preparation of the construction plans for the reconstruction of the Tapolca Hospital as a design associate, the design of the Zalaalövő Open-Air Stage as a general designer, the extension of the Zalakaros Napfény Hotel with a wellness unit, the construction plans of the Zalaegerszeg County Hospital, the permit and construction plans of the Balaton Hotel in Zalaegerszeg, as well as the design of several residential buildings in Zalaegerszeg, Hévíz, Szombathely, Gyenesdiás and Keszthely, etc.
About the investor
The investor has more than 30 years of experience as a contractor and has built hundreds of residential buildings in Keszthely and its surrounding area. All the completed projects represent high quality, excellent use of materials and state-of-the-art engineering solutions.
